Cold Frame Propogation Bench
This cold frame was designed for small nurseries or Christmas tree producers as an inexpensive system for the propagation of a small number of cuttings. The system has worked well at our Auburn greenhouse complex and at a few nurseries where we have installed it as a demonstration. Depending on your spacing, you should be able to get 2,500 to 6,000 cuttings in the cold frame

Constructing a Frame Saw

Dust Collector Shavings Extractor
A dust collector is essential in a woodturners workshop to keep fine sanding dust under some sort of control. The dust collector can also be used as a vacuum cleaner for removing shavings from the workshop. Frame and Panel Door
This classic raised-panel door is made with 1-3/4? solid jarrah -- an Australian wood related to eucalyptus. It is traditionally built in the frame and panel style, and mortise and loose-tenon joinery is used to join the rails and stiles that form the frame. Dados are cut into the frame to hold stunning solid-walnut panels. The book-matched panels are classically shaped to give them a three-dimens...

or to protect plants like a giant cloche. They?re also good for holding flats of seedlings you?ve started or plants that arrived too early to set out.

Grain - for Lambs Feeders
This leaflet gives details for building two simple grain feed troughs suitable for lambs. These feeders may be located in the field, feedlot or finishing pen. Each foot of double-sided feeder length will serve two lambs (group feeding all at once) or 6 lambs if self-fed continuously. Cross-piece supports under each end prevent overturning and headrails at the top discourage lambs from running thro...
