Conceptual Interactive specializes in three dimensional interactive designs for developers, architects, homeowners, and property management companies. Our goal is to take the idea of the "conceptual drawing" to the next level by bringing it into a three dimensional interactive arena. We've done everything from residential to commercial designs, and our resume just keeps growing! We can take your floor plans, blueprints, drawings, photos, and videos, and turn them into highly detailed 3D models. The models that we create work similar in fashion to video games because you can virtually "walk through" our designs! This allows the viewer to go wherever they want within your virtual design!
We use Google 3D Sketchup for all of our projects, which allows us to create highly detailed models of buildings, structures, and objects. We also make videos of "guided tours" through all of our models that we create! This allows for quick and easy viewing of our designs right from your own website without having to download any software! If a visitor likes what they see in the video, they can proceed to download the interactive version of your design! We like to refer to the models as "your design" because that's what it is: Your design, brought to life in a three dimensional, interactive environment!
