This is a good idea and if used correctly should be done with caution so you do not end up hurting yourself.

In my area inflatable chairs are a seasonal product and no one had any (it is winter here now) so I improvised with a foam square sealed it in a plastic trash bag with a twist tie.
Naturopath My wife's naturopath said to cut down on viruses we could be in a steam room 15 minutes per session, 2 or 3 times per day maximum. We should also clean and dry everything well when done.
Warning: If when you are in the Steam room and you begin at all to feel faintly or dizzy you should leave immediately (slowly but swiftly. Don't try to stand up like normal. Crawl out if you need to. Placing a cool to cold cloth on the back of the neck will also help to bring your body temperature down. Feeling this way is because you have been in there to long for your current body type. Some people are more sensitive to steam and heat then others. If you are just beginning you may need to have several sessions spread out over a few weeks before the body becomes more accustomed.
